Terms of Use and Responsibility

• All trailer rentals are subject to availability and must be returned in clean, roadworthy condition by the agreed date and time. 
• Renters are fully responsible for the trailer and its proper use during the rental period, including compliance with traffic laws and safe transport of animals.
• Hoofhitch is not liable for accidents, damages, injuries, or misuse of the trailer while in the renter’s possession. 
• Any damage, loss, or late return may result in additional charges. 
• Proof of valid driver’s license, insurance, and appropriate towing vehicle is required at the time of rental.
• Rentals are provided without driver unless specifically requested.
